Intranet Sdn Bhd was incorporated in Malaysia in April 1990 with the objective of becoming a leading distributor of high quality IT products in the Asean region. Intranet Sdn Bhd has 3 sales and service offices in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.

Intranet Sdn Bhd has built a reputation of providing IT products to meet the demands of our vast network of almost 1,500 dealers VARs and retailers. We are committed to providing top quality products to the consumer market with internationally recognized and award winning IT hardware and software products.

Customer Support
Our role is to :

  • Assist customers in pricing, quotations, enquiries and the latest development in the IT industry
  • Inform customers our new promotions or price changes
  • Provide marketing and promotion materials
  • Publicize and launch new products
  • Inform delivery and stock status
  • Assistance in warranty and maintenance contracts

Intranet Sdn Bhd has maintained good customer support for both our dealers and our end users by providing quality and fast services. We work closely with our resellers and end-users to fully understand the market needs.

Dealers are backed up with expert marketing and products exposure through our regular participation in IT road shows and regular media advertisement. Products distributed by Intranet are regularly on review and given full exposure in publications such as In-Tech (a computer supplement of The Star newspaper, Malaysia), Computimes (supplements to New Straits Times newspaper, Malaysia)

The department is backed by an experienced group of sales and marketing personnel who communicates with dealers on a daily basis. We also broadcast by e-mail and fax to all our dealers and resellers with updates on regular promotions, pricing and launching of new products.

Dealers are also provided with pop materials such as posters, banners and other materials that have been designed by our creative in-house design team.


Technical Support
Our role is to :

  • Provide hands-on technical support in house and on site
  • Provide online technical support by phone, e-mail and fax
  • Answer technical queries
  • Provide assistance and training in remedial and preventative maintenance

Our technical support division has a large team of experienced engineers and technicians in all 3 Intranet offices. They have been given specialized training in the products we represent and would provide the best possible after sales support for our dealers, resellers and end-users. We have built a reputation of providing friendly, efficient and effective technical support for the Asean region.

Our experienced support team is backed by our Hot-line telephone support. Many customers' problems can be solved over the phone and this has provided Intranet with an added advantage over our competitors by providing instant response to any problem.
